Error message to
I am the owner of the sheet/workspace. I have given Admin Privilege to a few non-licensed users.
One user was able to create a new report, and another user is getting this error message.
Is this a Smartsheet issue?

I recommend contacting the official SmartSheet technical support! I have never seen that error message before, and I did a Google search and I didn't find anyone else with a similar error message.
