Smartsheet Template for manage our sales procesesses, steps and gates

Hi all,

My first time in smartsheet community.

I'm looking for a template that can help us manage our sales processes within the sales department (offering large Biogas plants). Today we have implemented 12 specific sales steps, designed to ensure quality and adhere to guidelines in our sales activities. Each of these steps is associated with 7 Gates, which serves as checkpoints to assess the progress and quality of the sales efforts.

Today the 12 steps, are structured in a Word document with 7 columns that include the following elements:

1.Step Number: Identification of steps in the process.

2. What: a short description of what needs to be done

3. Way: The method for executing the step.

4. How: The specific actions to be taken.

5. Gate: no, if any

6. Documents/Tools: The necessary documents and tools to be used in this step

7. Who: The person who is involved

Additionally, we have a separate document, the DoR list, that specifies the responsibilities and roles of each individual involved in the process mentioned above.

We need a template that can integrate these elements and provide us with a clear and structured overview any recommendation of smartsheets standard template for this job?

Thank you for your previous guidance regarding templates in Smartsheet. I have explored the standard template availability, but I still need help finding one that meets our specific needs for managing our sales process, which includes 12 steps and 7 gates.

As I mentioned, we need a structured approach that allows for checklist creation for stage gate criteria approval, ensuring we follow our sales processes before progressing to the next step.

If you have any suggestions or could point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.
