Need Help Collapsing Only Completed Parent Rows and Saving the View for All Users

I am having the same issue but I don't want to collapse ALL rows, just the parent rows that are Completed. Is there a way to save this state for all users accessing the sheet?

Hi @mkullmann,

It’s not currently possible to set a default view of a sheet with certain rows expanded/collapsed. I found a similar Product Idea here. I recommend adding your vote to this idea to show your support for it and so that you receive status updates for the request.

As an alternative for showing only rows that aren’t completed, you could create a shared filter on the sheet, set to show only rows where the Status column is not one of “Complete”.
