Google Calendar - duration not syncing

Hello!

I have already tried republishing, changing the calendar settings in smartsheets and refreshing. My Google Calendar is not pulling the duration of the events.

Paid subscription account still showing as Trial
Hi I upgraded my free Trial to the Pro Plan last week and received a confirmation via email. However, when I log into Smartsheet it still has a banner at the top of the screen saying how many days I have left on the trial and in the Plan and Billing information screen it shows a Trial account.
