Facing problems with automation RIGHT NOW

Today, I'm trying to run automation on several spreadsheets (forcing through "run now"), but I initially receive a message that it's taking too long and then a "failure" message. I've tried accessing it via browser and via SS app. And this happens with dozens of grids.

When I check the Platform Status, everything seems normal. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

    Hi @Paulo Ferrer,

    If you’re still experiencing this issue, I’d recommend opening a case with our Support team so that they can assist with this and communicate via private channels. 

    If you do open a case, providing screenshots of the errors you’re receiving, along with the URLs/IDs of affected sheets (to find the sheet ID, open the sheet and click File > Properties) and IDs of the affected workflows (to find the workflow ID, open the sheet and click Automation > Manage workflows. Hover over the affected workflow and click the three-dot menu, then select Properties) will help them to troubleshoot the issue.
