ROW DATA TO PDF

Hi.

Just checking if it is possible to create a PDF file from row data?

My manager isn't as keen on Smartsheet as myself and has asked if a row can be exported to a PDF / FORM type document so she can save a back up

I've played with the menu but other than sending an update request to myself which sort of works but not ideal and long winded i can't see a way to do this

I did see that and tried but it doesn't seem to create a PDF and just keeps asking me to upload one

Hi Barry - yes, it is some setup mandatory to use it. You need at first a "fillable PDF", which contains fillable fields and the layout how the file should look like. In a second step you map the smartsheet data (column) to the fillable fields. This will be your template to use the document builder feature.
