Not allowed to create a new sheet
Hi
I have just purchased a Pro plan, but Smartsheet is not allowing me to create a new sheet!
Screenshot appears below. PLEASE HELP!!

This is realy a very poor experience! I just bought the license but I am still being denied permission to create workspaces and sheets.

I can see that you opened a Support Ticket and worked with support on this issue. It seems like the problem was with a particular workspace not functioning properly, but after deleting it, everything is now working fine. I'm glad you were able to get this resolved!

I agree that if you experience any issues like this that the best way to get help is to submit a Support Ticket so they can troubleshoot with you in the back-end, and I'm glad to see you've found the right way to submit this ticket.
