I have a checkbox formula column that is NOT a "cross-sheet" reference, and yet it still will not trigger my automation.

Hi, @PSExcellence, workflow automations have to be manually triggered. If your checkbox is dependent on manual entries, then consider using those changes as the trigger for your automation.
An alternative is to configure your automation to run at a scheduled time (like at the end of the business day). You can set the checkbox as a condition.
