Template not found

By accessing the url (https://www.smartsheet.com/content/customer-profile-templates#b2b-ideal-customer-profile-template) there's the possibility of openind the template on Smartsheets, but once the site is loaded, the template does not appear… Even if you try to search for it

These are all non-Smartsheet templates. If you download the Excel version, you can import them into Smartsheet, but they won't natively open in Smarthseet as the filetypes differ.
