How to share or publish a link to many users

I have a calendar that basically tracks our rooms so it has 30+lines per day so it wont let me publish it.

I want to put a link to the sheet on our Sharepoint so everyone can view it see if a room is free or closed. (I am the only editor of this)

I don't want to maintain access for 100 people so is there a way to get a link to share the file?

Dashboard may be your answer.

We have complex sharepoint and problems with people being able to find links for forms, other dashboards and smartsheets etc.

Not having the necessary access to edit our shrepoint sites as they are locked down - I have a dashboard that I have made rich text look like a button and then if you click on it you get sent to a URL or smartsheet

Top right links to another dashboard and the other dark blue buttons open Forms

This example is set to open another site as originally it opened a JotForm but has now been replaced with a superior smartsheet form
