Hello — I am 100% signed in but when I looked at the system-generated "Created By" column after submitting a test form entry, all that appears for my entry is "web-form@smartsheet.com". Will you please advise?

    Do you have the settings on the form set to "Must be Signed In To Smartsheet"?
