Sheets and Workspaces disappered

this morning I logged into SS as I do daily and all my workspaces, sheets etc were gone. I can no longer see them. People I have shared those workspaces with are still able to access them and see them but I can't. I've been a regular user/creator on SS for many years now without a problem. I've called SS help and they don't seem to understand the problem and have asked if I checked the "deleted file". Very frustrating! Just wondering if anyone experienced this situation and if you did what resolved it? Thank you for any information you can provide.

Have not experienced this.

Start with the obvious - Was your access to sheets/Workspaces removed in error? - Have you asked to be shared back to a sheet and workspace? - Seems odd that SS wouldn't understand the impact of this..

I exprience glitches like this from time to time, especially when creating new sheets. Last week I created a new sheet, clicked on it to open it and Smartsheet said I didn't have access ha.

Only thing that's fixed this is waiting a bit then trying again later in the day…

By the way, do you happen to be from the New Orleans area I went to school with a Matthew Bertucci :) ?
