Automate from Google Form to SmartSheet to 2 Documents?

Is it possible to auto generate 2 documents from within Smartsheet when ever a new response comes in?

Client fills out Google Form

Response is stored within SmartSheet

automatcially 2 Google Docs are generated and place in two different Drive folders

    Yes I believe this is Possible although not simple, so there needs to be good justification for spending some time setting this up and potentially some Volume so that the automation created adds good value and Uniformity of Data Handled. 

    Obviously we need to maximise the integration with Google Drive which is probably best done using OverDrive and an integration tool which could be a simple as Zapier but there may be better ways than that? 

    If there is no justification for the set up time, then a manual version can at least achieve some of you needs?
