Approval workflow - custom for each row.

Hi,

I have an approval workflow in place for a sheet with several columns. Is there a way to make the approval request include only those fields that are not blank?

Hello Rebecca,

Unfortunately when using workflows like update request, approval request the columns you choose are static.

Which means it does not matter if they contain data or not you will not be able to chose those dynamically.

Maybe you can put this as request for Product Ideas so it will be released one day.
