Need ideas on Creating Monthly Timesheet

Hi Smartsheet Gurus,

I am planning to build a monthly timesheet for my team, which will have

a) date

b) no of hrs. worked for the date

c) Total

d) hours utilized for the whole year (sum of all months from July)

e) total hours remaining (less the total hours utilized from 2000, 2000 is total assigned to a single user in a contract period)

all the above should reflect in the time sheet, and we need to send each employ/contractor a a sheet where contractor can fill the time sheet and can share that to his reporting manager,

how can this be achieved. any ideas are sincerely appreciated

If you can’t find a template that’s right for you in the template gallery, you might find one below:

• Free Excel Timesheets and Time Card Templates

The three links above are for free templates for Excel - but you could download the templates and then import them into Smartsheet and then customise them in Smartsheet as desired.
