Is it possible to display 12-hour time format with AM and PM based on a 24-hour entry?

For example, you enter "13:00" and it displays 1:00 PM

Thank you!! This is very helpful — do you know if it is possible to set this in a column format somewhere? Essentially, we want to have a user input "13:00" for example and have the cell display "1:00 PM" like it would for other column formats like the options: %, .00, etc.

There is not a column formatting option available. You would need to use a formula leveraging the TIME function in another column.
