Is it possible to display 12-hour time format with AM and PM based on a 24-hour entry?

For example, you enter "13:00" and it displays 1:00 PM

Thank you!! This is very helpful — however, it would be great to avoid using a helper column just for the purpose of using the formula — do you know if it is possible to set this in a column format somewhere?
