Rows Disappearing

Not sure if this is a global issue. We are experiencing where rows are disappearing, eiuther after we add in a new row or when we go to add an attachment to the row. Is this a known issue? Anyone else having the issue?

Hi Cara,

This is very untypical behaviour of smartsheet.

Have you checked if there is automation (workflow) setup to move the rows to another sheet once some data is inside - because it looks like this can be the reason.
