Why aren't subtasks visibly indented on Gantt chart?
I've used Smartsheet for a number of years, but have been away from it for several months. I've just now gotten back to it, and created a sheet to manage tasks. I am baffled as to why, when I indent tasks, they do not visibly indent, either in the grid view or the gantt view.. The only indication I see of the new relationship is a collapsible plus/minus symbol in the ID column.

The visual indent & the expand/collapse button is only added to the Primary Column. In this case that is the blank column in your image. You should adjust the sheet so that the Task name is the Primary so "Master Task" has the expand/collapse button & the Test Child Tasks are visually indented.
