INDEX/MATCH with Criteria?

I would like to write an Index Match formula that only pulls the requested information if another criteria is met. Is that possible?

For example, the current formula, pulling Sheet A Number to Sheet B, is:
=IFERROR(INDEX({Sheet A Number}, MATCH([Name]@row, {Sheet A Name}, 0)), "")

Can I add another stipulation? As in, only pull the Sheet A Number data IF another column in the same row on Sheet A has data in it?
