Created documents included in notifications
I am having trouble with an automation not including the document that is created when the from is filled out. i have 2 automations doing the same function each sending to a contact in different cells. one cell if filled out by the form user and the other is hidden and auto populated with a specific email address. the one that is filled in by the user is receiving the document, the other is not. i use this function everywhere and it always works except in this one instance. any ideas what the issue could be?

Hi, @Shane Beam, it's a quirk in the way attachments work with automation triggers. The attachment—or, rather, a link to the attachment—is only included the first time the automation is triggered. Subsequent alerts/notifications from within the same sheet will not include the link.
One of our workarounds is to move the row into a temporary sheet from where the notification is sent and then moved back to the original sheet afterward.

Is this a new thing? it has been working well for quite some time and just started causing issued a short time ago(maybe a month).
Edit: it also includes links to all attachments accept the created document.

I'm not sure if it's always been this way. I first observed this 2 years ago.
