Issue with Form Status Column Automatically Changing

Hi
I've created a form to gather information from students requesting IT equipment. The form includes a status column with three options: "New Request," "In Progress," and "Resolved."

The problem I'm facing is that whenever I update the status to "In Progress," it reverts back to "New" within a few minutes. Has anyone encountered this issue or knows what might be causing it? Any help would be appreciated!
