Can I format a rule to get rows to move them to the top of a sheet?

Example: with items with a "red" status I want them at the top of my list. Am I able to make a rule that moves them automatically?

a more robust solution is probably to use a report, that way you can sort it and you can also work out of that report. There isn't an easy or robust way to move rows in a sheet manually…but the report will do the trick!
