Assigning users with company domain email as guest.

Hi.

I would like to find solution to assign users as a Guests but with company domain email addresses.

The system sees them as a provisional members that requires additional fee.

I have plan for 3 paid members. And i want the rest of users to be free of charge with edit/ work on assigned sheets provides.

Would be appreciated for solution.

Smartsheet treats same-domain users as provisional members, so they’ll need licenses. To avoid that, you can either assign view-only access or use forms or Dynamic View to let them work without a license.
