Add table format & multiple attachment fields in a form

I’m creating a digital form for a client which needs table format due to the structure needed in the form. In addition it will be great to have multiple attachments fields since in the form as well need to be requested in different order. Not necessarily in juat one field.

Thanks for your suggestions! Since there are two separate requests in the same post, I've removed this from the Product Ideas section - each individual idea needs to be its own separate post.
