Automation not Triggering (When a date is reached and where cell is blank)

I'm trying to set up an automation that will notify users in a "contact list" column when an associated row is still blank when a certain date is reached. I currently have this:

However, the above is not triggering. The "Distribution Date" column is blank and the response was today. I have myself listed as the contact person for testing. What am i doing wrong? Thanks for any help.

Hi Mike,

Smartsheet workflows reminders are like 99.99% reliable so I would check:

a) status.smartsheet.com to check if all workflows are working today - probably everything is fine but just double check that.

b) check if setup of the sheet is unrestricted which means it will also send emails to email addresses to whom the sheet is not shared etc.

c) make tests - when you have the workflow created you can run tests or force run it now for any line or all the lines.

d) Reminders can come with up to like 10min delay happened to me many times - check if you have the proper timezone chosen.

e) last but not least check your spam folder if those emails were not sent there.
