How to change my Primary Email Adress

If you need to update your primary email address, reach out to a System Admin on your Smartsheet plan. Only System Admins have the ability to modify a user’s primary email address.

Question - how do I know who is my System Admin?

Hi @Sam meng,

You can check who the main System Admin on your account is by clicking your Account profile icon > Plan Info - you’ll see their name and email address listed next to “Main Contact” and “Contact Email”.

That is a question for your manager or operations team at your company. They should be able to point you in the right direction.
