Why is a user not able to view calendar that is shared and they have viewed earlier in day?

Manager is not able to access calendar that is shared with her. She was able to view earlier today but now is no longer visible. Does she need to clear cache?

Possibly. Or just refresh, or even restart to see if that helps before clearing the cache.
