Usually, the sheets should reflect the language set in your personal account settings. You can verify this by checking out Adjust your Personal Account Settings.
If you’ve already updated this but are still experiencing issues, sometimes it can take a little time for the change to take effect. I recommend signing out and back in, clearing cookies, and trying a different browser.
