New Smartsheet Defaulting to French Despite Language Setting Change to English Canada

Hi, It does not work for me. The smartsheet was initially French from Canada. Changed the parameters shown here to English Canada. The smartsheet interface is now in english, but when I create new sheet they are in french. How can I make new sheet in english or transfer french sheet in english?

Usually, the sheets should reflect the language set in your personal account settings. You can verify this by checking out Adjust your Personal Account Settings.

If you’ve already updated this but are still experiencing issues, sometimes it can take a little time for the change to take effect. I recommend signing out and back in, clearing cookies, and trying a different browser.
