Summarize Data from a Report Column
Hi, I am attempting to summarize data in a report and I'm getting stuck. My intention is to summarise the milestone status of various projects that fall in year 2025 and display them on a dashboard.
So far, I've managed to create a row report from various sheets (Project Plans), and filter for deadlines falling in 2025 for tasks with 0 duration. I managed to have all the milestones I needed to show up on the report. To keep it simple the main four columns of the report are Sheet Name, Task Name, Deadline, and Status (In-Progress, Completed, Not Started).
Based on data in the Status column, I want to get a count of total milestones, total in-progress, total completed, and total not-started. On the dashboard, I want to display a widget of the in-progress, completed, not-started ideally in a pie / donut chart.
Is it possible to get these summaries and widget from the report?

You would first use the grouping feature in the report to group by status. Then you would use the Summarize feature in the report to get your counts. Finally you can then use this report in your pie chart.
