Contact name different across sheets, why?

Having the same issue 3 years later. Checking in "my contacts", I do not see the one listed without a name. I am assuming this means someone ELSE has them stored in THEIR contacts incorrectly and is entering them this way, which I have no control over?

Hi @PSExcellence!

Just to clarify, your My Smartsheet Contacts list is private to you. However, if you assign a task or share a sheet with one of your contacts, that contact’s email address becomes visible to other people who have access to the sheet.

Are you referring to a contact list column in a collaborative sheet? If possible, could you provide screenshots showing the issue for more context?
