Workflow Delivery Alert Email

I received a workflow delivery alert letting me know not all recipients received my automated notification. In the email, I can see only the top 6 users out of 16. How do I get/see the complete list of impacted users?

    Hi @hl5197

    Try checking the workflow's log in Smartsheet. Go to the Automation section, find your workflow, and look for any logs or delivery history. This should give you the full list of recipients and show who successfully received the notification and who didn’t.

    Thank you for answering my question. However, I tried going to my automation workflow but couldn't find the log or delivery history. I only have these options (see screenshot).

    It looks like Smartsheet doesn’t display detailed delivery logs directly in the workflow settings. To see the full list of impacted users, you may need to export or check the notification history through the "Activity Log" for the sheet or workspace associated with the workflow.

    I checked the Activity Log and filtered it for Automation, but it only shows when an automation workflow was run. It doesn't provide a list of who received the notification.
