Create a widget that updates monthly

I am trying to create a widget from my HVAC metrics sheet that will update my data on a monthly basis. I am including my metrics sheet and also the widget I am trying to update. I appreciate any help.

My suggestion would be to use a checkbox column with a formula to check the box for the month you want. Then in a separate cell or a Sheet Summary field, you can use another formula to pull in the data from the checked row and display this new field on your dashboard.
