I have had some automations setup for months that send generated docs sent to email lists.
It would send 1 email with all the records that were in scope. Now, it sends 1 email for each record. I haven't changed anything. ANyone know how to fix this? It may have been a result of an update but not sure.

To help figure out what might be causing the issue, could you share a bit more about your setup?
- Is your workflow time-based or change-based?
- Are you using {{Placeholders}} in the email text? If placeholders are in use, they can cause separate emails to be sent for each record.
Also, if you can provide screenshots of your workflow setup, that would be helpful for testing and troubleshooting.
Just a heads-up on placeholders:
In change-based workflows, using placeholders in "Alert someone" or "Update Requests" actions can generate separate notifications if six or fewer rows are triggered at once. If seven or more rows are triggered, the custom subject and body are removed. Additionally, Approval Requests with placeholders will generate separate notifications for each row.For more details, check out these help articles:
