Contact List Automation Not Working

Hi, automation is not sending notifications to the contact list when triggered. Permissions is set to unrestricted, column is a contact list. This is happening in another SS as well and it is set up the same way. Please assist. Thank you

    It looks like everything’s set up right with unrestricted permissions and the contact list, but if notifications aren’t sending, try these quick checks:

    1. Make sure the emails in “Stakeholder” are valid and registered in Smartsheet.
    2. Have contacts check their spam folders for the alerts.
    3. Confirm there’s no Smartsheet service outage.
