Notifications via email

Hi all,

Currently having issues with notifications not getting sent to people emails. I've created a form that has a delivered by field that has people's email, but no one's getting notified when I submit the form. The purpose of this form is to send project details to the person via their email. I've checked my notifications settings, and everything is ticked, so I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong.

If notifications aren’t sending, ensure you have an automation set to trigger notifications specifically for the “Delivered By” field upon form submission. Double-check that the “Delivered By” field is a Contact List with valid email addresses, and confirm that recipients are recognized users in Smartsheet.
