Smartsheet App in MS Team is sending notification where it shouldn't be.

One of our users contacted me that she's getting MS notifications from another company. (Not in the Smartsheet notification. Only in the Smartsheet app in MS team) Then, after a recent reauthentication on the Smartsheet app with MS teams, someone's @mention notifications are showing up on different private team channels where they should not be. (2 incidents were reported)

Does anyone have a similar issue with the Smartsheet app for MS Teams? We are concerned that if we get other company's info, our info could also leak out, which is a huge security issue.

Hi @Chizu Hieida,

Our support team has received several reports of this issue and has been able to determine that this was caused by a bug affecting some users. The issue has now been resolved, but affected users will need to take the following steps to ensure they no longer encounter the issue:

Type unregister in the Bot DM channel.
Re-register by following these instructions.
