Notifications not sending to correct Teams Chat
Since I had to re-authenticate Microsoft Teams integration, notifications have been sent to a Channel within a Team rather than to the Smartsheet Chat bot.
I set up a new Team (name redacted)with a General channel and for some reason my personal notifications are being sent to this channel.
I would have expected them to go to the Smartsheet Bot in the Chat section (screenshot of expected behaviour).
Does anyone know why my notifications are being redirected to the General Channel of a Team rather than a personal Chat?

It sounds like the re-authentication of the Microsoft Teams integration may have reset the notification settings. This can sometimes redirect Smartsheet notifications to a Team channel instead of the Smartsheet bot in your personal Chat.To fix this:
Check Notification Settings: Go to your Smartsheet notification settings and confirm that they’re set to deliver to the Smartsheet bot in Chat instead of the Team channel.
Re-authenticate with Chat Preference: Re-authenticate the Microsoft Teams integration again, but this time, ensure that notifications are directed to your personal Smartsheet bot in Chat.

Star thanks. I deleted the Microsoft Teams Tab option in the Apps list and that worked :)
