Cannot type a Name in Contact field of My Smartsheet Contacts

My Smartsheet Contacts, Add, Contact field opens. I go to type Name. Name starts with the letter "J" The letter J does not type into the field. I tried a Bluetooth keyboard and Laptop keyboard, so it is not a keyboard error. This seems like a bug. Any idea how to resolve this? Thank you.

It does sound like a bug, especially since you’ve tried multiple keyboards. First, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if the issue persists. If that doesn’t help, refreshing or reinstalling the Smartsheet app (if you’re using the app) might work.
