COMPANY ACCOUNT sign in

Can anyone tel me where am I supposed to find that YOUR COMPANY ACCOUNT button ? Can't see it anywhere.

Hi @LyndaRousseau,

are you on business or enterprise plan?

to sign in using SSO you need to be on enterprise plan and smartsheet must be configured from your IT Department to use SSO. The monet you will give your email address it will recognise it is SSO and it will take you to your company login website.

In fact, yes we are on an enterprise plan but SSO is not deploy yet. So this explain that !
