Can I automate what lane a card in the dashboard is in based on filling out another linked sheet?

Can I update a dashboard to change status based on another linked sheet? E.g. once tasks 1, 2, and 3 are done I would like the card to automatically move to the next lane/status.

It sounds like you've put a sheet on the dashboard with the Card View - is that right?

If so, you can use a formula to calculate the status (e.g., when tasks 1, 2, and 3 are done). That will update the status automagically and move the card to the new status lane. Feel free to add some screenshots of what you're working with if this doesn't make sense or you'd like more detail!

Thanks so much @Jennifer Kurtz, I am not sure if these tiles are actual sheets as I did not set them up but there are sheets on each card! We are going to consolidate the Master Project Schedule and Detailed Pre-Con Schedule to be one sheet, would the formula live within there?

There are lots of ways you could choose to organize and/or link your data — but if you're consolidating your project plans into one sheet, that certainly sounds like a good place to calculate the status! :)
