View as Group Member

Is there any way to view reports as a specific group member?

I'm running into issues where a report looks fine to me, but not all the rows are visible to stakeholders. It would be great if I had the ability to see what those with other permissions can see. Otherwise, troubleshooting gets pretty cumbersome.

What rows are not showing up that you would like?

How are you sharing the report with them? As Viewers, Editors?

Smartsheet doesn't currently have a way for you to view Smartsheet the way another particular user sees it.
I recommend troubleshoooting by checking if the user has access to all the source sheets used in the report. A user can only see data rows in a report when they have direct access to the source sheet that those rows are coming from. So, for example, if you are making a report by pulling 3 sheets into the report, and a user only has access to 1 of those 3, then they're only going to see the rows from that 1 sheet in their view of the report.
