trying to link a project tracker form to the intake form and receiving a Locked Error?

I am seeing a Project ID on the project Tracker from but no one on the Project Intake Form, Do I need to add the Project ID field to the Intake form?

Hello, Mike,

Little confused on your question and I hope I can help.

Sounds like you have a form that people can go in and request a project tracker. From there the request shows up in a project request intake sheet. The Intake Sheet, will show the Project Id, but not the form. Were you trying to get a Project ID to show up on the Form they submit?

Thanks for the quick response, Paul.

SS is new to our org. Our goal is to have a cradle to grave approach with projects

(Intake Sheet → Archived Closed projects) with reporting at key points along the way.

If I start with the template "Sheet-Project Intake with Form" to add projects I don't see a field for Project ID.

Maybe that happens behind the scene?

When I then go to the individual "Sheet - Project Tracker" form I see a reference to a Project ID.

I then get an error locked message in the project tracker form referencing the Intake form.

Maybe the Intake form needs an approved project status to be assigned an ID?
