How can I add Sprint Planning to PMO enviroment?
Does anyone have ideas on how to utilize the PMO template and add Sprint Planning to it? All my tickets and project tracking happens within the PMO folder. I would love to use all this information to plan my sprints. Anyone doing this already that can give me some guidance?

I would start by creating a dedicated Sprint Planning sheet within the PMO folder with columns like "Ticket ID" and "Task Name". Use cell linking or Data Shuttle to pull in data from existing project tracking sheets. Add a dashboard to visualize sprint progress with dynamic reports, burndown charts, and key metrics. Automate workflows to assign tasks to sprints, send reminders, and calculate Agile metrics. Finally, include your team by sharing the sheet for collaboration and reviewing sprint tasks during planning meetings.
