Data Shuttle Attachment Issues
As of Thursdays 11/14 I have had issues getting a data shuttle workflow to run on attachment. It has work flawlessly over the past 2 years but stopped working yesterday. Nothing has changed process wise on the user end. The only way to get the workflow to run is by adding the updated attachment upload to the sheet then Running the workflow from the Data Shuttle page. Is anyone else having this problem? .

If your Data Shuttle workflow suddenly stopped auto-running on attachment, it might be related to a recent update or an issue on Smartsheet's end. Have you checked if there were any recent changes in permissions or file formats? It’s unusual for a long-running workflow to stop without changes on the user side.If the problem persists, I'd be happy to help troubleshoot this further.

I am also seeing this issue, which has started recently for data shuttles that have been running for 6+ months.
Data shuttles that were running on attachment are suddenly not being ran on attachment, but it is not a widespread issue for all data shuttles.
We have been able to work around it by forcing it to run in the Data Shuttle workflow page.
I have a user testing out to see if it is an issue with version history or the data shuttle itself.

Looks like things are back to normal now on my side of things.

Myself and a coworker have been having a similar issue for a few weeks on long-term successfully running datashuttles. There haven't been any adjustments in permissions or file formats. We've had to force run them ourselves if they don't run in 30 mins.
