Changing a 'Form' Name

I think the fastest way to update a 'sheet' was to create a template so other departments could use the same sheet design and then the attached 'form'. When I saved the new sheet from the 'template' the 'sheet' adjusted the name but the child forms held on to the old name. While I could adjust the 'form' name in the form display, the old name stayed when being viewed in the QUE? I tried double clicking and some other tricks but did not see where or how to adjust the 'form' name.. any ideas?

You can change the name here, and I'd recommend using a general name if it's a template. Then, it can be changed if needed.

I think there was just a delay in the field updating, but it is now correct
