Automation Not Sending Emails
Hi All,
I have a sheet with "Unrestricted" automation settings; however, I'm getting an email with an error message that people aren't receiving alerts due to permission settings. Any ideas?

I had the same issue and I think a number of others did. It appeared to be a bug which they say is fixed as of today Here's the discussion on it:

that's a very weird behaviour of smartsheet.
I would contact support directly if I were you.
