Why can't I see the toolbar on the sheets that came with the Sales Pipeline Template

I downloaded the sales pipeline templates and I can't see the toolbar on the 2 sheets within the template pack. Every now and then when i open the sheet it is there, but as soon as i click on a column, it goes away.

That seems like a support issue. I have never seen this happen before!
