Form issue - link works for some but not others

My office is doing a survey that collects responses from college students. The form settings do not require smartsheet login and no CAPTCHA.

The link worked in our tests (both for people with smartsheet accounts and those without)

Now that it's being distributed widely, we have found the link works for some but for others it goes to the main smartsheet homepage.
The same issue for the QR created with the link; works for some, not for others.

No one has the app installed on their devices. No one has smartsheet accounts.

This is a huge issue as the flyers are distributed across campus. I cannot make a new sheet/form/link.

Any ideas on how to adjust settings or other solutions?

It sounds like the issue may be due to how the link is being processed. Ensure the URL isn’t altered in flyers or QR codes, test it on different browsers to rule out compatibility issues, and check for potential campus network restrictions blocking Smartsheet's domain. I clicked your link and it worked right away for me. Maybe it had too many people going to it right away and there was a weird glitch that happened? Do you find the issue continuing to happen with the same people? Do the people who have it go to the homepage have popup blockers or ad blockers installed? Or have they already entered their info into the form once and it is not set to reset to be submitted again?

That is a thought - maybe set the form that once it is submitted that it refreshes for another entry.
