Is the Free Plan still available?

I have basic needs and functions that the free plan would work, but my two sheets have turned to view only. According to the following article below, I fit the Free Plan model, so why are my sheets View Only now?

A Smartsheet "Free" plan is essentially a 30-day free trial, meaning you can access all features of a paid plan for 30 days before needing to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the full functionality; after the trial, you can still access your sheets in read-only mode for an additional 30 days before they are deleted.
