How To Remove Empty Fields from Smartsheet Email
I am working on creating a smartsheet form for Supply Ordering for my organization. Is there a way to have any empty fields from the email I get when a report has been submitted? There are 80 potential fields they can fill, but all 80 are never filled on the orders. Each site orders different quantities and items each month, but I would like to have the email I get only show what they need, as they put in a number as to how much they need ordered.

Unfortunately you can only have set parameters with automations. So you would have to create separate automations for each possible iteration of what could be filled in on your form, then remove the items from each individual email template that would be blank. There is not a way for an automation to pick and choose for you.
